For more than 25 years, Tal has been a skilled facilitator and consultant specializing in organizational development and human resource management, with over 20 of those years focused in Indian Country. Tal recently relinquished his role as Interim Director of the National Native American Human Resource Association (NNAHRA) after serving as its President for more than six years.
He now provides his expertise to tribal governments and their enterprises through his new role of Principal, REDW LLC. These services include strategic planning and leadership training, operational and HR assessments, and policy development, all applied in the areas of healthcare, gaming, hospitality, education, and government operations. Tal is a descendent of Isleta Pueblo.
