The GRI masterclass is tailored to meet the unique needs of your company and your teams. It is offered in three formats: Executive, Manager, and Advanced, depending on your role and the tools, resources, and support required for your learning. This flexibility ensures that everyone can benefit from the program.
The masterclass can be delivered one-on-one or in groups. The three formats include online facilitator-led, self-paced, and, eventually, on-site sessions. Our five-step process gradually enhances learning towards more advanced, impactful, and long-lasting applications.
Learn Self-paced: Experience hands-on activities in a self-paced program and access a comprehensive online learning curriculum you complete at your own pace.
Learn Online: Participate remotely in hands-on activities and interact with a GRI facilitator in hybrid instructor-led virtual classrooms.
Learn On-site: Get up to speed with this traditional instructor-led, in-classroom training that combines lectures, social learning, hands-on activities, module-based quizzes and exercises.
The commitment time for the Executive and Manager formats are 16 to 14 hours, respectively.
For the Advanced format, the maximum time commitment is 18 hours with an onsite.
Unless otherwise noted, on-site sessions occur daily from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm local time. Shared expenses may apply depending on where an on-site class is organized.
